9-4-20 Update: Starting Tuesday, September 8th, our Apple Creek Office will return to normal lobby hours. All other locations will return to normal lobby hours on September 21st.
8-21-20 Update: With customer and employee safety our top priority, we continue to monitor all regulations and guidelines along with county and state risk levels in order to make the best decision possible on easing lobby restrictions. Currently, we encourage or customers needing to enter the bank to call and make an appointment with your branch; let us know you need to come in. You may also use the "Contact Us through our website for your request(s). We are happy to serve you. All customers will be asked to wear a mask upon entering the lobby. Social distancing, frequent hand washing and sanitizing high contact areas are some of the essential protocols followed by our staff.
5-15-20 Update: To prepare for re-opening the lobbies, we are installing sneeze guards at the teller windows and on new accounts desks and planning how customers will enter and exit the lobbies to ensure optimum safety.
Effective 3-19-20, in compliance with CDC Guidelines, our drive ups will be open regular hours. Our ATMs and online banking are open 24/7. Lobby access by appointment only.
We continue to follow guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Ohio Department of Health and other local agencies and will respond based on the advice of public health authorities.
We have put in place guidance for all our employees detailing how to protect against the virus by following recommendations put fourth by the CDC and engaging in good hygiene by frequently washing hands, using hand sanitizers and cleaning of frequently used surfaces.
The Apple Creek Banking Company has reviewed our Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and implemented actions to continually assess any possible impact of the COVID-19 situation. Our BCP and specific Pandemic Preparedness Plans are reviewed by Federal Banking Agencies and annually tested by auditors to ensure both meet regulatory standards. We anticipate no interruption in our services.
For 24/7 remote access to your accounts you may wish to use The Apple Creek Banking Company’s e-banking services through Online Banking (personal and business), Mobiliti (mobile banking), Voice Access (telephone banking), Mobile Deposit, Merchant Capture, Bill Payment, Pop Money (person to person payments). We also have, for your convenience, ATMs and night deposit drop at each office location. And there is still the old fashioned way, the US Mail Service.
